Cancellations & Returns
There is a 24 hour window to cancel your order after it has been placed. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or changed, however you are welcome to return or exchange your purchase within 10 days of your order for any reason. The items must still be in new and unused condition, with all original tags still attached.
To return, please reach out via email to email@example.com so that we may provide you with an return authorization number. (RA number)
RA #s are required for every single item in your return. If you do not include your RA number(s) inside your package, you are not eligible for a refund.
Please note we do not issue refunds for items we have not received back. As soon as your items is received by our processing team, we will issue you a refund to your original form of payment. If for any reason we cannot refund to the original form of payment, we will issue you a shop credit.
ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. We recommend shipping through a method you can track, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
